Avoid at any cost and protect your data
Impossible to access to the account due to the security page asking for my passport, ID card and driving license. You are sign up for a online course and not for a job in the Secret intelligence. Avoid at any cost and protect your identity from big corporation who are interested in your data instead of a learning course.

I have been in dialogue to stop them…
I have been in dialogue to stop them from taking money from my card and it stops then it restarts again, they say they cannot find my account, because I no longer have it, and they still take the money. Please beware of using your cards. I am taking it up with the card company again...,, do not use this company it's bad news. Once they have your details, they never stop.

LinkedIn Learning - Such a SHADY Business
Such a shady business. Their lowest membership is useless with MOST courses because to download the needed course material, you will have to upgrade. **Also, it FORCES you to sign in through your LinkedIn account, even when your Lynda account is separate. LinkedIn surely does go to desperate measures to collect all data about you, so that they can annoyingly remarket to you.**

Lynda.com is now garbage since LinkedIn/Microsoft took over
Lynda.com was the greatest resource my student ever used. Now that LinkedIn and Microsoft have taken over its garbage. They are trying to USE us as a monetary value rather than as clients for their service. Look to other similar resources out there now! Avoid LinkedIn Lynda.com as they aren't here for their learners. Their rep even told me their content "is not suitable for under 18" as though a 16 can't learn this technology. Horrible marketing too!!

They're nice.
I forgot to cancel the membership after my free trial which meant they billed me 240$ for a whole year of membership (monthly subscription for a whole year).
So I asked them if they could refund me the money and cancel my membershp, and before even one hour have passed they fulfill my request and give me back all my money. Even the first month I just started on!
Great service, and great tutorials.

They are not updating courses when its very important that the samples are current
They are not updating courses and not giving extremely import version information for some the course which happens to be VERY important sometimes. This has lead to me wasting my time going through training videos only to hit a point where the course is no longer relevant because something has been updated.
What good are courses for things that no longer work?

Great Learning Platform
Just Started learning with Lynda.com, there are a lot of courses relates to the digital / cyber world. very well-planned courses, resourceful and trustworthy tutors,
however i do find in some courses, the learning process is not that easy to follow. You might need to learn the missing pieces from other online sources ( i.e. Youtube / Udemy /...)
But Overall, Great Learning Platform,5 Stars

Super helpful customer service!
I signed up a month ago to Lynda to watch just one video that i need it for my studies. I completely forgot about the subscription and a month later i found out they charged me around 300$. I completely panicked!
HOWEVER, i called Lynda and they were super helpful!! They made me a money refund right away and did not have to give any further explanation, they understood my situation and with no hesitation they solve my problem!
Sure i will pay the yearly subscription when stepping into the corporate life! :D

I found this website through google and…
I found this website through google and enrolled for their online programming classes. They have bunch of small small duration videos and it is very easy to follow those useful short videos and even if you are not a native english speaking person you can easily understand those lessons.

A little pricey but worth the money!
A little pricey but worth the money!! Really please with my new membership to Lynda! You have pretty much everything you could possibly learn at your fingertips! If you're not on it everyday then I can understand why people get upset about the price, but still... love it!!

Cancelled my subscription in April 2018…
Cancelled my subscription in April 2018 and received a confirmation email about the cancellation.
However, they still went ahead and deducted my account $34.99 in May and June - its distrustful behaviour from such an apparently big player. Im reading that this is becoming a habit of theirs - something is going wrong with the accounts department of this company, or else they are struggling and they are using funds illegally.
Lynda.com - please stop!!
I'm now spending an hour trying to get through to someone who will reverse these charges - not easy - already called 5 times.

The instructor was great Video quality …
The instructor was great Video quality was poor. The audio was great The real issue and most important were, the content was version 9. Tableau is at 10.3. and there are enough differences that it makes this training not relevant Especially for learning.

How can LYNDA take money from account without consent?
I suddenly received an email from lynda.com stating that I have been charged for a premium membership that I did not sign up for. At no point were I asked to consent to a payment, nor did I click and button to that effect. In fact, I do not know how it can be legal to charge my card without me signing off the payment via NatWest online. I am pushing for a full refund and explanation from lynda.com at present. I have NEVER experienced having money taken from me before. How does LinkedIn justify this behaviour from one of their supposed subsidiaries? STAY AWAY FROM ANY EMAILS OR SOLICITATIONS FROM LYNDA.COM

I won't pay extra to get the sample photos
I left because of their pricing, it is absurd they charge to download the sample artwork. That should be a no-brainer and included in the basic pricing. Any place else, the sample artwork / pictures are given with the courses as it should be.

Price humbug
First they show 29.95$ per month. When you want to move on, the raise the price to 34.95 unless you pay for a whole year up front. I'm wandering what other surprices will wait... That is what I call HUMBUG.I do not trust this site.

LINKEDIN BOUGHT THEM AND CHARGES WITHOUT CONSENT
My lynda.com membership was canceled in 2014. Then 6 years later when they were purchased by Linkedin, Linkedin charged my credit card without my consent repeatedly. They are trying to rip people off in bulk.

Average - Instructor was nice
The instructor was nice but the quality of Video was poor. Disappointing that the platform fails when the teachers are so good and there are enough differences that it makes this training not relevant Especially for learning.

I've learned so many new things from this site!
I love this site!! Our company encourages us to login and take courses, and there are a wide variety to choose from. Generally, when I don't know how to do something, I will just search for it online, but I've been using Lynda.com lately, and I've found some great information- and many of the results include things that I wouldn't find from a regular search engine. For example, I was looking up time management, and I found a video that reviews 10+ different apps/sites to try out, ranging from group planning apps to apps that let you create a pocket-sized booklet that you can custom design to fit your needs (shopping lists, calendars, food diaries, etc.). Great site!

Reliable service
I've made two months premium in Lynda.com and I saw some videos on arguments that I already know something about.
I can confirm that the lessons are well explained and the path sare interesting and great.
Really suggested.
